Jennifer M. Schaller, B.A., J.D.
Partner and Attorney at Law
Ms. Schaller is an attorney and partner at MOBO Law, LLP with over 12 years of experience practicing law. Ms. Schaller focuses her practice in the areas of family law, estate planning, and trust administration, and she is licensed in California and Nevada. While Ms. Schaller has extensive experience in the numerous areas of family law, her primary focuses within this department consists of divorce mediation and the preparation and review of premarital and postmarital agreements. Ms. Schaller understands the uncertainty, high emotions, and frustrations that her clients often encounter in family law matters. She strives to effectively represent clients through these difficult circumstances, handling each case with the sensitivity and skill necessary to guide clients through the complexities of the legal process, while also zealously advocating for their best interests.
Ms. Schaller earned her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law. Thereafter, she primarily focused on family law during her time at the Law Offices of Yvette Durant and later in her own family law practice in Truckee. Simultaneously, Ms. Schaller volunteered for the Community Legal Program of the Family Resource Center of Truckee, using her legal knowledge and expertise to assist to the low-income population of the greater Tahoe area.
During her time away from the office, Ms. Schaller strives to enjoy all that the Tahoe area has to offer, including hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and snowshoeing, as well as spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Henry.
